Ultrasonic waves have managed to gain quite a reputation in the medical arena, particularly in the cosmetic surgery field. Ultrasound liposuction is a fat removal technique that is quickly gaining popularity due to its increased effectiveness and better results.
Ultrasonic assisted liposuction, or UAL, makes use of high-pitched sound waves to literally “melt” fat. A pre-injected tumescent solution then emulsifies this liquid fat. How UAL Works
